SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our "24 Hour Shipping Guarantee" Policy means that the order a customer places will be shipped within 24 hours of when the order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays. 24 Hour shipping does not mean that you will receive your order(s) in 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, and/or a Holiday will not be shipped until the next business day. Most of our customers receive their order(s) in approximately 2-3 business days. The “2-3 business days to receive your order” standard does not apply to orders that are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or any International orders. These orders may take much longer.

Products that are avaialble for "Free Shipping" does NOT apply to International, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders.

Orders Shipped Internationally
When we ship an order outside of the U.S.A., it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all brokerage fees, taxes, duty, and courier fees. If a product(s) is detained by Customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any issues with Customs to retrieve the product(s). We ask that you please do the research pertaining to that destination country prior to placing your order. CalComp Nutrition will not refund International orders once they leave our facility for any of the above reasons.

We never share any customer information.  You can shop at ccnvitamins.com with confidence.  We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.  ccnvitamins.com  is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.  The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of submission. Most items must be returned within 30 days and must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund. In order to process your return, contact us at Customer.Service@calcompnutrition.com prior to returning any items to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number which is to be placed on the OUTSIDE of your return. It is not CalComp Nutritions policy to pay for shipping on any returned items. Shipping and Handling are not reimbursable expenses.
We do accept returns for unopened Products. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges based on the smell and/or tastes of products. This should not be a deciding factor when consuming health supplements. If you cannot get yourself to take a product you have already opened and used, please find someone who can benefit from it and pass the product(s) along to them. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on our web site. Most of our product pages list each ingredient along with the amounts contained in each dosage. It is the customers responsibility to printout the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts dependent on your individual needs. We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell. We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s). Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Although there is FREE shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.
   
HOW TO COMPLETE AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  1. Call our Customer Service Department at 1.877.919.9992 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA) and mail your package(s) to the address that is on your invoice.
  2. Write your reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the sales receipt you received with your order or a copy of the sales receipt.
  3. The RMA number MUST be written underneath your return address at the top left of the package being returned.
  4. Mail back the remaining product in the product's original packaging, the receipt stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied to you by our customer service representative.
  5. Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
RMA's which are not received within 10 business days of issue are void and will NOT be honored 
 
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
In order to purchase products on ccnvitamins site, you must provide valid credit or debit card information on the Site's order form. We currently accept the following credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD,  DISCOVER  and AMERICAN EXPRESS via our payment gateway Authorize.net as well as payments submitted through Paypal Express. By submitting any such credit or debit card information, you give CalComp Nutrtion permission to charge your purchases to the card that you designate on the order form. We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and CalComp Nutrition reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CalComp Nutrition will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including incurred shipping fees.
 
CANCELLATION FOR AUTO-SHIP ORDERS
The customer is responsible for canceling their Auto-Ship subscription. To cancel simply call our Toll Free Customer Service number at 1.877.919.9992. Orders that are shipped prior to the customer notifying us are subject to the Order Cancellation Policy previously mentioned.
 
HOW TO REPLACE UNOPENED BOTTLES WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND
If you ordered one brand and would like to replace it with another brand, then return the unopened bottles to us. We will determine the price difference between the 2 brands and add our shipping and handling fee. This dollar amount will be charged to your credit card.
